As the saying goes, bread is the staff of life, eating healthily and deliciously is the goal we pursue.

俗话说,民以食为天,吃得美味又健康是我们所追求的目标。

From my point of view, in order to build healthy eating habits, we should eat more vegetables and less fat and sugar.

我认为,为了养成健康的饮食习惯,我们应该多吃蔬菜,少摄入脂肪和糖分。

Vegetable is the best source of s vitamin, because vegetables are rich in vitamins. Among them, vitamin C and vitamin A are the most important.

Too much fat and sugar can lead to obesity, which is harmful to health.

Having healthy diet is good for our healthy .It can make your body strong and healthy.But how to have a healthy diet?

In my opinion,first of all, we should have the diet at the right time. Chaotic mealtimes will affect our body's normal digestion and absorption.It's bad for your health.Second,having a healthy diet means eating healty food,such as all sorts of grain, green vegetable and fruit.Different food has different nutrition which our body need.Finally,we should not eat too much or too little for every meal.Over-eat or dieting is very harmful for our stomach and health.

All above are my thoughts about having a healthy diet.If we can do as them,our body will become much better and healthier
